Music Ministry

​East River Catholics' Music Ministry has an adult choir and numerous cantors based at both St. John Nepomucene on the East Side and St. Frances Xavier Cabrini on Roosevelt Island.  A children's choir, based at St. Frances on Roosevelt Island, was launched in January 2018. 

Beginning in September, the choir based at St. John Nepomucene rehearses weekly on Wednesday evenings, 6:30-8:00pm and sings at the 12:00pm Sunday liturgy (September - May).  Anyone who has a passion for singing should contact Mark Pacoe, Director of Music, at [email protected] or call 212-734-4613 x116.  

The choir at St. Frances Xavier Cabrini rehearses weekly on Thursday evenings at 6:30pm and the Sunday 10:30am liturgy at St. Frances Xavier Cabrini Church at 504 Main Street, Roosevelt Island. (September - May).  Anyone who has a passion for singing should contact Mark Pacoe, Director of Music at [email protected] or call 212-734-4613 x116.  

Mark Pacoe, Director of Music, Artistic Director of East River Concerts, and Director of Media Outreach, oversees all liturgical and other musical activities of the parish.
